PetPence deliberately avoids publishing a private email address as a temporary contact method. The PetPence domain is connected, but a dedicated support mailbox has not yet been published. It will be added here when public support begins so personal and PetPence correspondence remain separate.
Commercial enquiries
Affiliate applications and tracking are currently on hold. When that work resumes, verified operator and payment details will be supplied privately to approved networks—not collected through this website. PetPence will never ask visitors for passwords, banking information or veterinary records.
Need an answer about the current tool?
The calculator works without an account, and saved plans remain on the user’s device. Phone reorder reminders use anonymous web push only after the user taps Remind me and allows notifications; they do not require a phone number or SMS subscription.
